All user data, including payment and contact details, is securely stored using Google Firebase, a cloud platform maintained by Google Cloud.

All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). This ensures that your data is protected from eavesdropping.

For authentication, we leverage secure, industry-standard protocols such as OAuth 2.0 for third-party sign-ins (e.g., "Sign in with Google"). This means we never see or store your password for these services, providing an additional layer of security.

Furthermore, Firebase employs industry-leading encryption and security standards for data at rest, including:

  • Data encryption in transit and at rest;
  • Restricted access controls;
  • Regular third-party security audits (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1–3).

We selected Firebase specifically for its enhanced security and compliance with international privacy standards.

While we take strong precautions, no system is completely immune to risk. By using Raffle Rewards, you acknowledge that you provide data at your own discretion.
