Terms of Service

Welcome to Raffle Rewards (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Availability

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use the Service.
  • Raffle Rewards is available only to residents of Australia.
  • All prizes and amounts are denominated in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Users outside Australia are not eligible to participate.

2. How the Service Works

Users can earn raffle entries by:

  • Watching advertisements within the app; and
  • Using referral codes (10 bonus entries for both the referrer and referred user).

Each raffle’s total prize pool will not exceed AUD $10,000, funded entirely through advertising revenue.

During beta testing, the total prize pool is capped at AUD $50. If the prize pool on the dashboard fails to cap, the winnings will still be capped to $50, no matter what the winnings display on the dashboard.

The prize pool is divided into four (4) divisions as follows:

  • 🥇 1st Place: 50% of the total prize pool
  • 🥈 2nd Place: 25% of the total prize pool
  • 🥉 3rd Place: 15% of the total prize pool
  • 🎖️ 4th Place: 10% of the total prize pool

No payment or purchase is required to enter.

3. Account Registration

To participate, you must create an account using:

  • An email address; or
  • Google or Apple authentication.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and ensuring all information provided is accurate.

4. Prize Payments

  • Winners may be required to provide PayPal or Australian bank account details for prize disbursement.
  • These details are collected securely and used only for payment processing, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Prize payments may take up to two (2) weeks to process, depending on verification and transaction times.

5. Fair Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate the referral or advertisement systems;
  • Use bots, scripts, or exploits to gain entries;
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform; or
  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any conduct violating these Terms.

6. No Purchases or Refunds

  • Raffle Rewards does not sell tickets or accept payment for entries.
  • As participation is free, there is no refund policy.

7. Data and Privacy

  • Your personal information, including contact and payment details, is securely stored using Google Firebase.
  • We use this data solely to verify eligibility, manage entries, and process prize payments.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Raffle Rewards is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, advertisement availability, or the reliability of third-party systems such as ad networks or payment processors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raffle Rewards and its affiliates are not liable for any:

  • Data loss or access interruption;
  • Delays or issues caused by external service providers; or
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity;
  • Attempts to manipulate the system; or
  • Violations of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, and content (including “Raffle Rewards”) are the property of Raffle Rewards and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms occasionally.
  • Any updates will be published in the app and on our website with a new “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be handled by Australian courts.
